Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ServiceNow, handling incidents, requests, and inquiries.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and resolve common issues; escalate complex cases with detailed diagnostics.
- Diagnose and fix platform issues involving configuration, workflows, data, performance, upgrades, and patches.
- Support and optimize JavaScript scripts (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Service Portal widgets).
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Email Inbound, webhooks).
- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using dashboards and alerts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow support (Level 1 & 2) in enterprise settings.
- Strong JavaScript skills for client and server-side scripting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request/Catalog
